This was sent to me by one of my dear teaches, Dorothy Lee Donahue (dorothyleedonahue.com) who recently shared the above statement from Rev. Gloria Cooper-Moran.
The point is simple.. be grateful now for all you have. Remind yourself of all the things you are grateful for daily and as the day progresses be thankful for all you experience. There are miracles in everything, even the seemingly most stressful events. When we stop and remember to be grateful, the stress melts away and you feel lighter, brighter and happier.
Gratitude represents to me the great balance, the great attitude, the great joy of Being.
